Reactivating the Happiness base against non-food.

Non-food revenue is under pressure across the group while food holds. The cheapest demand available is the customer who already shops at Lulu, already gave a phone number to join Happiness, and has stopped buying a category they used to buy. This canvas sizes that base in Oman, defines the conversation, values it, and lays out a ninety-day test on real numbers.
